Placing Your Order !

1) Email your e-mail ad creative you wish to have delivered to adcreative@dynamixefx.com

2) Create a subject line that is short and concise (not more than 4 - 5 words in length). A subject line should always capture the attention of your audience. The use of a catchy "benefit statement" has proven to be effective in bulk email marketing campaigns.

3) Once your order is placed and your ad with subject line has been received, your email lists will be prepared. It takes approximately 3 - 5 business days before your e-mail advertising campaign begins.

4) Once your e-mail campaign is initiated, you will receive proof of delivery in the form of e-mail "seed" confirmations. Each one of these "seeds" will be copies of your ad creative which will be emailed to you periodically throughout the mailing. These seeds are spread out evenly throughout the e-mail campaign. You are to expect 20 seed confirmations. When you receive the 10th seed copy, you will know that your mailing is mid-way. Once you receive your 20th seed confirmation, this will be your notification that your mailing has been successfully completed.
